Program Forms and Registration

Below are the forms and applications that are needed to register with the YMCA Youth and Government Kansas State Conference.

Registration Form

  • Student Registration Form
    Students must complete this online form to register for Youth and Government.
  • Advisor Registration Form
    Adult advisors must complete this online form to register for Youth and Government and fully register their students for the State Conference.

Student Safety and Code of Conduct

  • Student Safety and Conduct Form: All participants in YAG must review the Code of Conduct, along with their parents or guardians. All students will then need to sign the Student Safety and Conduct Form and return to their delegation director.

Financial Assistance

  • Financial Assistance Application
  • The registration fee for the 2025-2026 Kansas State Conference is $50 per student. This covers lunch during the event, merch they’ll receive at the conference, and the entry fee for the event. However, if students face financial barriers to attend the state conference, we encourage them to fill out the Financial Assistance Application concurrently with registration, due October 6th.

Legislative Bill Submission Form

  • Bill Submission Form  |  Opens October 6, Due October 20
    All Legislative participants must file a bill with the State Office by 11:59 p.m. on October 20. If two students are co-authoring a bill, only one form needs to be completed.
