Below are the forms and applications that are needed to register with the YMCA Youth and Government Kansas State Conference.
Registration Form

Students must complete this online form to register for Youth and Government. Deadline extended to October 13, 2025. - Advisor Registration Form
Adult advisors must complete this online form to register for Youth and Government and fully register their students for the State Conference. Deadline extended to October 13, 2025.
Student Safety and Code of Conduct
- Student Safety and Conduct Form: All participants in YAG must review the Code of Conduct, along with their parents or guardians. All students will then need to sign the Student Safety and Conduct Form and return to their delegation director.
Financial Assistance
- Financial Assistance Application
- The registration fee for the 2025-2026 Kansas State Conference is $50 per student. This covers lunch during the event, merch they’ll receive at the conference, and the entry fee for the event. However, if students face financial barriers to attend the state conference, we encourage them to fill out the Financial Assistance Application concurrently with registration, now due October 13.
Leadership Forms
- Chair/Clerk Sign-up Form. We’ll need students to serve as Chairs and Clerks during the State Conference, in order to help run debate. This is a great leadership opportunity at the State Conference, and still allows you to introduce your piece of legislation.
- 2025 Election Form. Juniors are eligible to run for major statewide office, which is a role they’ll serve in their Senior year during the 2026 State Conference.

Legislative Bill Submission Form
- Bill Submission Form
All Legislative participants must file a bill with the State Office by 11:59 p.m. on October 20. If two students are co-authoring a bill, only one form needs to be completed.
Payment Submission
- Square Payment Portal
The student fee(s) for the program are due October 20th, and can be submitted by clicking the “Kansas YAG 2025 Student Fee” option in the link above, and then use the drop downs to select the number of students the payment is covering, as well as listing your delegation and the names of those students.
