Fees and Financial Assistance

Student Program Fee: $150

This fee is paid by the youth participants. Checks should be made payable to “YMCA Youth and Government” and given to your delegation director. Once paid, all fees are non-refundable.

Delegation Fee

Some delegations charge an additional program fee. This fee is often used to pay transportation costs to and from the State Conference.

Spending Money

Students should bring spending money (usually around $40) to cover the costs of lunches and snacks during the State Conference. Breakfast and dinner are provided during the State Conference. Students are responsible for lunch and any snacks.

Scholarships

YMCA Youth and Government offers financial assistance for the State Conference. Students interested in applying for financial assistance must submit a Scholarship Application by the due date.
